Question on smoke/fire alarms

So last night, 2:30am, one of our annoying smoke alarms starts beeping....not the constant, theres smoke beep, but the once every so many minutes telling you to change the battery. We just changed the battery. 2 months ago, this same thing happened. No way the battery could be bad. And when we change it, it still beeps. Couldn't turn the power to it off cuz that would turn basement power off, therefore the sump pump, and it was raining lots. So now we're thinking somethings wrong with it. Could it be the wiring? Who would I call to find out about it or to get stuff fixed, an electrician? Luckily DH got it fixed within an hour this time, just by messing with the battery constantly, but I don't want this to keep happening.

Maybe a spider web strand? We have that happen here often. (old farm house) Your husband may have dislodged it by messing with the battery.
