Question on Resort Transport on Tuesday...

Weird question.

What was the situation on resort transportation after the parks and
entertainment venues were evacuated on Tuesday?

For example, if you were staying at All-Stars could you get a bus to
Boardwalk or Chef Mickeys (for example) to eat dinner?

Were the routes normal? Did they set up a resort loop? Or was
transportation just stopped? Or were things tied down tighter, only
guests of each individual resort could use that resorts facilities,
shops and restaurants?

I know it really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, just
curious.

At around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday a resort to resort bus shuttle was running. EPCOT was used as the hub evan though the park was closed. Buses ran from all of the rsorts to EPCOT, at EPCOT you could transfer to another resort. The buses ran until 2:00 a.m.
