i'm planning to go in August for 3 nights

i called Universal and they gave me a triple A rate of 175.00 per night for Aug. 27th, 28th and 29th - is this a good rate that i should book now? guess i can always change if a btr rate comes out right?

thanx

lisa

That's not a bad rate. I paid $161 this past August but that was a supersaver with a 4 night minimum. The AAA rate was $180. Just keep an eye out every couple of weeks to see if a lower rate comes out - you can always change without a problem.

Rate seems pretty good to me also. I can't see the rates going below $160 a night any time of the year anymore.

Just a couple of quick questions about AAA Does the AA of Great Britain count and are AUG/SEPT rates out yet and if yes to both do i ring up RPR and change reservation currently on APH at $2700+tax(AUG 25-SEPT 5)

Yes you can use an AA card, I stayed at the HRH with a AAA rate, they never asked for the card but I had it. Also you can use the AA card for 10% discounts at shops/restaurants etc.

Yes, you can ring them up anytime and check the latest best rate, whether that be AAA, APH or Supersaver and change accordingly.

Cheers Michael

Thats funny they never ask for the AAA card. Everytime I stay at RPH I book with the AP rate and they have never asked me for my pass either.:confused3

This year they where asking for cards ,for whatever rate you had booked, i.e AAA ,APH, and checking at the pool areas if you wanted towels or ordering drinks or food, room keys had to be shown or you did not get. Seem to be clamping down a bit.

Do not think AAA rates are out for Sep yet, you would have to call to get it applied, also nearer the time APH rates will or should come down quite a bit.
