Question on posting pictures??

How do I do it?? I know I need a site to upload them too. Any suggestions??? Then do they have to be a certain size? Basically I need instructions for an idiot!! I am not computer savvy in this department. Are there any directions on the boards somewhere or maybe a site to help you along???
