question on points for other hotels/ non-disney

Hello all, great info here.
Well first, we just made an offer on SSR for a resale! I think I have most of the info I need, but was curious what the points needed for non-Disney hotels would be, I think you go through Interval Intl, but is there a point chart? Can someone explain the non-Disney process?

it's actually RCI now, not II.

in general, the process is pretty easy:

1) pay a $95 fee
2) give up a bunch of pts - the pts needed will naturally vary by season and type of accomodation (IIRC, it starts at 12 pts per night for a trade for a weeknight in a studio in low season or 124 pts for a 1BR for a week in low season).

you will get a point chart with your membership materials and it's also online.

Not II any longer; it's now RCI. Weekly exchanges are (approx) 124 through 270 depending upon season, one or two bedroom unit and destination; nightly range from approx 12 - 75 depending upon season, studio one two or three bedrooom units, etc. $95 exchange fee and any change to reservation is a handled as a cancel & rebook so $95 would need to paid again.
