Question on park hoppers

We will be going December 14-21. We have not purchased our park hoppers yet( for reasons that would take way to long to explain), anyway if we should wait until we check in to purchase our hoppers will I still be able to link all of them to MDE, We have 4 reservations, and are all linked to my MDE.

Yes. You can purchase them via the app and they link to your account. The sooner you purchase them, then you’ll be able to book FPs.

I would buy sooner rather than later so you can get your fastpasses, mid-late December is busy!!

Tickets don’t link to MagicBands.
Tickets link to your MDX account.
MagicBands link to your MDX account.
So, your tickets are accessed in your MDX by your MagicBands.

Nothing links to your MBs.

Everything is linked to your account and the MBs provide the link to that info.

The answer is yes. It doesn't matter when you buy your tickets; you can link them to MDE as soon as you've bought them. If you buy them from a discount seller like UT you'll be given a number to link them to your account; if you buy them in person at WDW the CM selling them to you should be able to help you. I haven't bought a ticket directly from Disney on their website in over a year, but I remember it being very simple to assign the ticket to my account.

As others have said, the MagicBand just links to your account, and everything is on your account. As soon as it updates on your account, any MagicBand you've linked to that account can access it, no matter how long ago you got that MagicBand.
