QUESTION ON OLDER 7 DAY TICKETS (2004 and before plans)

The newer 2005 Tickets use the BIO FINGERPRINT VERIFICATION method.

I have several TICKETS I bought in 2004 and before, and purchased them for several family members.

Will these older PROGRAM TICKETS be subject to the BIO FINGERPRINT VERIFICATION when used next by my family members?

I will have to see what is left on each ticket before I can make up my mind who gets what ticket, in the past it didn't matter if I labelled these tickets by who last used them.

I don't want to tie up an older ticket with plusses on them, for family members who do not go to water parks.

In the future I will label my new tickets by family member, and park/plus days left.

Yes those tickets now require a finger scan.

Go to the Guest Relations booth outside the turnstiles (every park has that booth) and have the ticket content verified. SOmetimes this can be done at the resort guest services coutner also.

But don't tell them the story you described, just say you want to know the days and plusses remaining "to help decide how many more days you need". Write down on each ticket what days and plusses remain.

The park days remaining on any old pass regardless of vintage should not be used during the same vacation that you buy and begin using a new pass and you are there for 5 to 10 days. If because of this you decide to save the old tickets, verify the old tickets outside the park anyway but do no more than two tickets at a booth and then go to another park. Then the CM's are less likely to ask embarassing questions. If you are going to use the old tickets immediately it is too cumbersome to verify them at different locations.

We suggest not trying to trade up the tickets without first getting the trade up value as well as the days remaining, and stepping away from the booth or counter and doing some number crunching.
