Question on Magic Your Way Package??

I noticed for the Magic Your Way Package Plus Dining, not only does it include the food, but admission to a Grand Gathering Experience. Can someone tell me what that entails? I thought a Grand Gathering Experience was for parties of 8 or more. I don't recall it being in the package last year.

can you point out where you saw that? GG experiences are not included in anything, they are an extra.

It was on the disneyworld.com website. I was putting in when we plan to go to get ideas for pricing. When I add the magic your way plus dining, it lists you get 1 TS, 1CS and snack and then lists admission to a select grand gathering experience.

You can use your dining credits for some of the GG experiences. You have to have 8 or more people-- does that answer your question

that's the deal. it's a tad confusing.

# If you have 8 or more in your party, you can join other Grand Gathering parties in select Disney experiences. Each experience is operated on select days of the week. Valid Theme Park admission is required. At least 8 persons in your party must attend the same experience. Exchange 2 table-service meals to attend one of the following (except for the Good Morning Gathering Character Breakfast, which requires only 1 table-service meal):

* International Dinner and IllumiNations Dessert Reception – Enjoy a sumptuous dinner buffet including storytelling for the kids, followed by VIP viewing of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth at Epcot®.
* Safari Celebration Dinner – Take a VIP journey across the rolling savannah. Then enjoy a family style, African-influenced feast and entertainment from Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park.
* Good Morning Character Breakfast – Begin your Magic Kingdom® day with a unique Disney Character Breakfast filled with surprises!

I figured it out. It is for parties of 8 or more. Once I went back into the disneyworld website and scrolled over the grand gathering experience it went to a drop box that indicated it was for 8 or more.

I guess I have to remember to scroll over everything to find drop boxes. Geez it's only after 8:00 and my brain is going to a shut down mode. Maybe I should have been drinking the coffee while I am doing this.

Of course, if you can organize at least eight DISers (total, including yourselves), you should - at least some people did last year - be able to count as a Grand Gathering...
