fold-out pages. I have a lot of pictures from my son's soccer season, many more than will fit on even a two-page layout. I was curious as to what different methods you guys have used. I have seen fold-outs done and mini-flips pages using photo sleeves -- I am not sure what to try. Also, anyone know of any good sites that might illustrate different techniques?
Thanks!:)

I just completed a 4 page spread for my DS first year. It came out nice, I liked the continuity of the large page. Another benefit is if you have enough pictures, both back sides are a 3 page layout too. Let us know what you decide to do.

I've been looking at those myself for son's football but so far have stuck with the 2 page layouts times however many I need. I'm doing a book that is just football in any case so I guess it isn't a matter of mixing it in with other things. :jester:

But would be interesting in hearing what you do - might be an interesting alternative for a particularly standout play or game.

I think what I am going to try is just something very basic -- I am going to use a long piece of torn paper maybe 6 inches or so wide and about 12 inches long attached to my page. I will fold it accordian-style with maybe 3 pictures on it and one on the outside. I am going to secure it closed (folded up) with eyelets or maybe buttons and raffia.

Deb -- that is exactly why I wanted to do this -- I have a couple of play sequences that start out at one end of the field and end up at the other end with my son scoring. I thought it would be kind of cool to keep those all together so the sequence stays intact.

I'll let you all know how it turns out!

I did a layout using one of the Francis Myers panoramic pages. I had several photos that were actually part of two different subjects. The left hand page and the closed panoramic were on the one subject and when the right page was opened the left page became part of the other 2 pages to complete the other subject. It took some planning, but it turned out rather well.
