Question on height restriction?

We are going to DIsney in December and I have a very tiny 2 year old. I am wondering if I will be able to take her on Dumbo and the tea cups along with my DH and DD. Does anyone know? She is currently 31inches. Of course I will hold her and go on the rides with her.

No height restriction on those rides. For Dumbo, the adult sits on the outermost part of the ride.
