Question on Character Meals

This is probably a silly question but I'll ask anyway. If I make a PS for a character breakfast and then can't make it and cancel, will I be charged or do I have to cancel in a cetrain amount of days (like a hotel)? Also what is a good time to make a PS for Goofy's Kitchen? Thanks!

No, you won't be charged. They won't ask for a cc number or anything else (money-wise) when you call to make your PS for any dining. Only the Fantasmic Buffets and tours require a CC number for reservations.

However, as busy as they get, they would greatly appreciate a cancellation notice if you know ahead of time that you cannot make your PS.
