Does the 44" height restriction apply to riders who opt for the non-intense version?

even with the non-intense version hieghth requirements are there because of the size and desighn of the restraint not so much the actual intensity of the ride. Simply to make sure a child doesnt fall out of the seat. So ya i do believe the hieght requirement stays
