Question on buying resale

DH & I are thinking of adding on points by buying a resale of either beach club or boardwalk. I think I understand how the fees work, but one question is, what is the length of the contract? I know AKV that we purchased is 50 years, ending in 2057...what is the end date for either BC or BW? Thanks!

BC & BW both expire 2042

if you'd like a small add-on (50 pts or so), it might be cheaper to add-on directly through DVC, if they have pts available in your UY. it's probably easier to keep the same UY month, regardless.

both still expire in 2042, though.
