Question on boarding passes

I’m planning a trip for June. My husband is a huge Star Wars fan, so I want to make sure we’ll be able to ride rise of the resistanceWhen we get to the park at opening do we all need to be there to get a boarding pass? I’m asking, just Incase my husband is dragging his feet.

You can only get a boarding pass for individuals that are actually in the park. Once you get your boarding passes you can leave the park and return when your group is called.
