Question on BCV Deeding

I am looking to do a small add on at BCV. They have points but are 4 short of what I would like, She said there may be some "strays floating around" that were unsellable. (She explained that since I am already an owner and next on the waitlist, I can buy whatever I want. I originally wanted 30 points and they had 32, that made the 2 unsellable, which is fine with them). I than realized I was using BWV Standard numbers and I need 36 points for 3 studio nights at BCV. She explained that the strays might be part of another building so couldn't be lumped with what I was buying. So she's checking but meanwhile has waitlisted me for 36 points.

So, my long story ends with, does anyone know how many buildings and/or points per building are in the POS for BCV.

P.S. Another strange thing I learned, if you want a BCV add on you must leave a credit card and a deposit will be charged as soon as the points are avail. VWL, no credit, they will call you. I wonder why there are 2 different policies.
