Question on Alamo Website

How do I get rid of the contract code? While looking for the best rate, I put in the Visa contract code, but my Alamo Insiders rate was better without it! But I can't seem to get rid of it now! There is no where for me to delete it! This is so frustrating as I need a minivan for 2 weeks and this is the best rate I've seen and I'm afraid it will be gone tomorrow....

This has happened to me too. I actually dump my cookies and log off. Sometimes I even have to do a restart on my PC to clear it. I get a better price with my AP discount than the Visa discount. I find the AP discount is the same as the insider discount.

I have been able to click the "reservation" button at the top of the page and then scroll down and the remove button will then appear next to the code field.

Thanks for the replies! I basically shut down that window and waited awhile and when I came back it was gone. So I booked with the Insiders and $30 coupon, 2 weeks May 29-June 12 for $546.00 all in. Now last year we had 12 days, same time period for $323.00 AI. We always rent a minivan. I agree with everyone else that we've always been able to get great rates, but this year, not so much!!

I did have National with the KLM code and $30 coupon, and it was $566.00 for the 2 weeks. So I'll keep looking until we leave!!
