Help? We are only able to visit Universal for one day, Oct 12. We are checking into Cabana Bay that morning (by 7 am I hope!) to take advantage of EE and to get on Gringotts early.

Our group is 4 adults, and one DS would qualify for an Attraction Assistance Pass (I have not taken him to universal in many years, it's a new policy for me). Normally, I would go get that first, it seems logical. He is a chair similar to a wheelchair as well as having other issues. (Well, I would skip Hidden Journey, I rode that once and I think it would be too rough for him.)

Should we just go ride Gringotts first, then get his pass? Does he need a pass to use a wheelchair accessible line?

Apologize if this belongs on the Disabilities forum, most people there seem to be more Disney knowledgeable than Universal.

We just got back with a wheelchair. We did not get any passes. The wheelchair line in Gringotts does not need any special pass. You have to use the elevator at the point where everyone else uses the stairs. Then they direct you to a special line for boarding. It is very simple.

Thanks, that really helps. We will just wing it then without asking for the pass, and see how it goes in the morning. I think we will need it later on, though.
