Question on 2BR at Vero Beach

I see they have a regular 2BR and a lock off 2BR, but when looking at the beds and floor plans, they both look like lock off units? Did they combine 1BR and a studio and not have the separate entrances? Otherwise they seem to be the same thing? I prefer a regular 2BR like the other resorts have for my extended family as neither room has 2 queen beds, which seems odd? Looks like a double sleeper with a queen bed and then a queen sleeper in the living room? This means at least one of my girls would need to sleep in the living room.

Also - does anyone know if the sleeper chair is in the living room or in the bedroom with the king bed? I can't make sense of this from the floor plan. There are only 7 of us, so I would hate to spend an extra 130 points for a 3BR cottage for our 3 nights, but I'm not sure the bed layouts are going to work. Maybe booking a separate 1BR and inn room would give us better options, and still have the washer/dryer and kitchen.

Final question - do any of the 1BR or 2BR have views? I only see the inn rooms with an option for an ocean view.

Thanks for any input!

Both are the same layout, no 2 queens in BR #2. Sleeper chair is in the LR.
The 2 BR lock-off face the ocean, but only about 1/3 of them. If you get a top floor you should have the best chance of a nice view. The dedicated have no view of the ocean.

The Inn rooms have two queen beds. All the studios have queen bed and sleeper sofa. The twin sleeper chair is in the living room and it must stay in the living room.
