Question on 15 month annual passes

Let me see if I have this right.
Buy a voucher for an annual or seasonal Florida resident pass by Dec 31, activate it by Jan 14 2010 and it will be good for 15 months from date of activation.
Does anyone know if the rate for renewal is still discounted if you are + or - 3o days from your usual renewal date? Or is this double dipping? TIA Grammy

To get the 15 months you must be renewing a pass and be renewing 30 days before or after the exp.date and from my understanding that 60 day period is the only time you can get the renewal rate.
