How does the water park and more option work in this scenario? I understand I will have 1 day to enter into all 4 theme parks. I'm assuming I would then have another day to enter both water parks. Would that then mean that on the 3rd day we could use the "an more" option by mini golfing and going to disney quest? I've received conflicting info from Disney agents.

Our plan was go to all 4 theme parks on tuesday, then both water parks on Wednesday then mini golf and disney quest on thursday. Anyone know for sure how it would work?

Wouldn't it be cheaper just to buy a one day park hopper. And a water park ticket seperated?

The water park and more option is good for everyday of your stay. For example: you can hit 2 theme parks the first day and then go to Disney Quest that night. The next day go to the water parks, then mini golf that night. Third day hit the other two theme parks, the back to Disney Quest. Or you could go to one park in the morning, water park in the afternoon, another park at night.

Someone more in-the-know will chime in soon but I'm pretty sure that a one day ticket gets you only one "and more" option.....so you would only get to go to one waterpark OR DQ OR mini golf, not all 4. You get one option for each day of tickets.

Correct. If you visit 2 water parks, you need a 2-day ticket - doesn't matter if your visits are on the same day or not, nor does it matter if you have a hopper.

Thanks guys but the info I just received from a supervisor at Disney (tickets and info) is that I get 1 day to hop in an out of theme parks, water parks and the "more". So on tuesday can hop in all 4 theme parks (then the theme park portion is gone)...then Wednesday I have all day to hop in an out of water parks....then thursday all day to use the and more portion (disney quest etc). That makes most since to me as we usually have multiple day park passes and that's how we use them. Thanks for the posts.

This isn't right. You cannot "hop" with the WPF&M portion of the ticket. If you want to visit Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, and Disney Quest, you will need a 3-day ticket (even if you do them all on the same day).

I'm very interested in this thread. Will keep watch. What you are saying is that you will get to go to 8 different parks/options with a one day ticket (even with PH & WPAM option this seems off) over three days.

When we used the WPAM option we got one "and more " option for each day of our park tickets. So if we had 5 day tickets we could go to the waterparks OR DQ OR mini golf 5 different times. Each time we went through the turnstiles at a different park it used one option. So if we went to both waterparks on the same day it used two options up. See what I mean?

You will get one option with a one day ticket, you will get to go to BB or Typhoon Lagoon, or DQ or mini golf. I don't think you will get to do all 4 multiple times as your one option will be up once you go through the first turnstile.

Hoping I'm wrong for your sake but I think the Disney manager misunderstood what you were asking or something........

Correct!

This is not right. If you go to the theme parks and Disney Quest on that first day, you cannot do water parks or anything else the next day or any day after that. It's only one entry per day on ticket. A one day ticket with WPF&M gets you ONE entry into a water park, Disney Quest, etc... That's it.

Look at the 1 Day Park Hopper and the Water Park/Fun/More as two SEPARATE tickets. If you get the 1 Day Park Hopper + Water Park/Fun/More you have 1 day to go to all four parks...THEN you also have the option to choose 1 (ONLY 1) of the Water Park/Fun/More options. You could choose Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Disney Quest, Mini-golf, etc. But can only pick 1.

My husband and I for our honeymoon got the 10 Day No Expiration Park Hopper + Water Park/Fun/more ticket. We have used 3 of our Park Hopper Theme Park Days and have not used any Water Park/Fun/More options. So we currently have 7 days left on our Theme Park tickets and still have 10 Water park/Fun/More entries to use.

Look at the theme park portion as full DAYS and the water park/fun/more portion as ENTRIES.

A one day hopper with wpf&M will give you one day to park hop at the theme parks, and two fun visits. You can go to the theme parks and hop all you want, and do two other fun things within 14 days of your first use. You cannot hop to both waterparks unless you use both visits, leaving you nothing left for Disney Quest.

1 day park hopping and 2 fun visits, choose as you will.

This is why I posted the thread because I'm a Disney vet and did not understands I called Disney tickets and info and was told that I would have to use all options up in 1 day. That did't seem right to me given the fact that theme parks are not the same as water parks and disney quest is not the same as a water park etc (different values and experiences). Plus, we usually get the 4 day magic your way base with water parks an more and have experienced all 8 experiences over a 6 day period (I.e a different teem park each day with disney quest at night and a different water park a day). So I called back again and explained to a different disney professional and he agreed with my assessment. I then asked her to ask a supervisor beachside this represented two opinions from two different reps. The supervisor agreed with my assessment. When you buy a park hopper for a day or 7 days it means u get to hop in and out as many theme parks you want for how many days you have on the ticket. Water park and more are completely different and do not "use up" a theme park day. I'll get 1 day to hop all theme parks, another day to hop water parks and yet another day to hop all "and more". I know that may sound off because its a 1 day ticket but like I said before we've done it before with 4 day tickets because the experiences do not count the same all in one day.

You would have to modify your plans slightly. OKWJan explains it best. With a one-day park ticket and WPF&M, you are given two fun options. On your planned water park day, you could visit one water park. You could even leave and come back to the same water park-same day. But you CAN'T go to both water parks using one fun credit. That would count as two credits. For Thursday, you would have one fun credit left to choose either Mini-golf (one credit) or DisneyQuest (one credit), but not both. If you leave DisneyQuest, you could return same day on your one credit. You have 14 days to use your fun credits beginning the day you used your park ticket.

Agree with the others......the Ticket sticky "Everything about WDW Tickets" http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1452684 addresses just this scenario.

In short
*Park hopping applies only to the major parks i.e. MK, Epcot, AK, Studios.
*The "Plus" option gives you a specified number of entries into a minor park (water parks, DQ, golf).

The sticky is pretty comprehensive, it should cover just about anything you want to know (but were afraid to ask ;))

Ok so I didn't realize that a 1 day gave you 2 entries on the Water Park/Fun/More side. That is actually good to know. Once you go past 1 day though it is the equivalent number to your park ticket days.

another day to hop water parks and yet another day to hop all "and more".

That's incorrect.

With a 1-day PH/WPF&M ticket you're allotted one day of park hopping within the theme parks and two WPF&M entitlements. Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, and DisneyQuest all "cost" one entitlement each. That means that in order to "hop" from BB to TL you would use both entitlements leaving you with a zero balance. There is no hopping attached to the WPF&M add-on.

Right. The one-day ticket with 2 credits for WPF&M is the exception. All other tickets have WPF&M credits equivalent to number of park days purchased. It's not something that comes up for discussion much, and it's confusing when compared to the usual way WPF&M credits work.

You have to look at parks as one thing and the "water parks and more" as another.

Park entries are counted as days. A one day ticket is good for one day. If you have a park hopper, you can come and go as many times as you want on that one day to as many parks as you want.

But the water parks & more is counted as "entries" and not "days". When you get a 1-day pass, it actually gives you two "entries". Water parks are NOT separate from DQ, mini golf, etc. Each thing you do is one entry. And there's no such thing as water park hopping. You go to both water parks, you've used both entries. You go to one water park and DQ, you've used both entries. You go to DQ and play mini golf, you've used both entries.

So in the OP's original scenario, they could hop through all the parks on day one. Visit ONE water park on day two. And visit JUST DQ or JUST mini golf on day three.

Thanks for the link! It explained it perfectly. Bottom line is on Day 1 we'll do all 4 major parks and day 2 do Disney Quest and then have to pick one of the water parks. I'm glad I posted this lol.
