Question...Just purchased Undercover toursit tickets

I just purchased the 2+1 free tickets from Undercover tourist. Then I get an email saying that my order has been flagged for security and is asking me to upload a picture of my drivers license. Anyone had this happen before? I tried called the number but it just rang and then disconnected.

Not sure how to delete but just in case this happens to anyone else. They flagged because I am having them mailed to my work address which is different than my billing. So they flagged so I would call in and verify that it was me and not someone who got ahold of my CC
