Good Morning!
I figured I would ask my question here instead of tying up the phones at MS for those making holiday plans. We are scheduled to take our first trip home this weekend, flying into Orlando on Sunday morning. Preliminary weather reports indicate a huge snow storm for the PA/NJ area on Saturday/Sunday and there is a good chance that our flight will be cancelled. :sad1:

If that happens, and we need to call on the weekend, that we will not be arriving on our originally scheduled day (possibly a day or two later), should I just call the front desk at the hotel? I know that MS is not open until Monday and I wouldn't want to just leave the folks at SSR hanging. I assume that letting someone at the resort know is the best way to handle this but wanted to double check from all of the veterans about this.

Thank you in advance.

Call the resort and let them know what is going on. If you were to pull a no-show without contacting the resort, you are in danger of losing the points and the entire reservation. Let the resort know what is happening, and they will work to accommodate you.

Thank you for your quick response. I will be sure to contact them if our plans change. Have a great day!
