Of course you realize that only the Grand Prize winners got those awesome Red Space Suits - so that means, not including Staff, there are only four of those suits in all of VMK.

We all might be surprised what the winners might or might not do. They could get alot they may wish for more then the suit. That said the suit is cool It is notable however that of the Grandprize winners 3 of the 4 are Dis Members. 15 total winners from Dis by my count, so way to go everyone, great rides.

I'm sorry, please don't think I'm greedy, but I'm really depressed right now... all I got was a stupid orange tomorrowland pin- I had one before, and it was special, but what good will it be when 2000 other people have it?

I can't believe the winners they chose- some of those were really boring, and still got there.

All I really wanted was a top 10 pin!

That wasn't very nice... I realize you may be upset about not winning- but please don't bring down those who did win- of the winning rides I saw they were really awesome and well earned their prizes...

Sometimes it is best to keep your sour grapes to yourself- I'm sure many were disappointed but with over 2000 entries and only 40 winners- 1960 losers out there- so you are well in the majority

And don't worry about the prizes- if history is any indicator all the prizes won (except top 10 pin) will be available soon through quests or for sale or by riding and getting one each time you ride lol...

Sorry to hear you dont like the prize they choose...

And which rides would be boring? Could you share an example... I have ridden many of the winning rides, and I have yet to see a single boring one.... You can PM me with the names if you dont want to post them...

Green rocket and tomorrowland 8/9... I'm just really frustrated because I have absolutely no chance to get inferno anymore

Lion, again, I understand your frustration. You have suffered a set back. That doesn't mean you will never get inferno, it means you have to work a bit more. Sure, the Tomorrowland pin has now gone down in value but the green couch shouldn't go down much. It looks like there are now just 40 more than there were before.

I'd suggest working at winning host games and trying to trade those prizes. I'm trying to get green candy canes and the holiday wreath pin. I'm not trading inferno but I might have some rare items like Haunted Mansion Quest to trade for the right items. I bet there are other people out there who are looking to trade for the less rare items. Not everyone is looking for the rarest stuff.

If you want a top 10 pin, I suggest you start saving credits now for the next competition. It's not because spending the most credits will make you win, it's to give you flexibility in choosing your theme and track layout. Be sure to ride the winning rides and think about what might have made them win in their category. Make note of cool track layouts, fun stories and creative use of furniture. This is the first ride competition I have taken part in. I'm not exactly sure why I won but I worked hard to make my ride look nice from an artistic point of view. I studied art in high school (many more years ago than I care to think about) so I have an idea of what makes a good composition. Visit rooms that win the best guest awards too. That will help you see what makes an award winning room.

I hope you didn't intend to hurt people's feelings with your negative comments. It's one thing to be frustrated and to express that but your posts are very upsetting. Please think twice before clicking on Submit Reply.

I'm just happy for once i did not stand by and watch this event and chose to take part in it. I was not doing it for the prize but purely for the experience and fun I had seen in past months and mainly just to get a flag . Even getting a participation prize is more than I could ask for. Although yes I was hoping that maybe there was a chance thay I would win, but after seeing rides such as Bearz's and Pink's i knew that i had no chance. They did an outstanding job and maybe one day i can join the Top 10. So no one likes a sour loser Lion.

Frankly, I don't know why you would say that you're sorry Lion. Your post did come off as a little selfish to me, I would do anything for a Tomorrowland 8/9 and I'm sure many others would too.

I don't think that was very nice of you to bash the winners either, if Staff chose them then I'm sure they were awesome rides. Who would you rather they have picked.. maybe you?

I don't know about everyone else, but I would be happy if the players just enjoyed my ride. My advice to you Lion, is to congratulate the winners, appreciate what you received and get over the Top Ten pin. Not only will there be other opportunities to get one, but you got the best prize; the players enjoyed your ride and you had great pride in your work.
