I'm thinking about a split stay at WDW. 5 nights/6 days at the Caribbean Beach Resort and 2 more nights at the Wilderness Lodge.

We really like experiencing the different resorts. We did this once with a split stay at POR and then AKL.

We would go to the parks during our time at the CBR.

My question then: is there alot to do at the Wilderness during our two night stay where we wouldn't even need to leave the resort?

The plan would be go go go for 6 days and then kick back and enjoy the Wilderness for two nights. Do they still have the water parade at night? We've never seen that before! -Stevepirate:

We just did this a few weeks ago! 4 nights at CBR and 5 nights at WL. There is a lot to do at WL. The day we checked in, we rented a boat and road all around Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon. We were able to get some pretty nice pics of the MK from the Lagoon and it was very fun and relaxing. The water pageant is still going on. It's pretty cheesy but it's still fun. You can also sort of see Wishes from the beach where you watch the pageant. The geyser goes off every hour on the hour. I could just sit in the lobby for a few hours by the fire or in the center just looking up. There is also a fun restaurant (WCC) and a fancy one (Artist Point.) There is a nice bar called Territory Lounge, which is inside and a pool bar outside. You can also rent bikes or check out Fort Wilderness while you're there.

I definitely think you could find two days worth of relaxing stuff to do there. Hope this helps!

I would think that you could definitely fill two days there. Swimming, boating, walk over to Fort Wilderness, water pagent, etc. We enjoy the WL.
