Hi all!
DH and I will be bringing our two kids (ages 5 and 7) to Universal and Islands of Adventure sometime next month. I have only been to Universal once as a child and the rest of my family has never visited at all. Can anyone recommend the best option for tickets? I would like to get the express pass, but I'm wondering if it's cheaper for one of us to get an Annual pass for free parking and hotel discounts and get a room onsite which includes unlimited express for all of us, OR just buy the four of us park tickets and Express passes (not unlimited). None of us are Harry Potter fans, so we don't plan on visiting WWoHP or DA unless it's not crowded (which I know it will be). Is there enough to do at US and IoA for two kids who are 42 inches tall for more than two days? Is 1 day per park enough or should we plan on two days per park? Thanks in advance for all your help!

With the higher-than-usual crowds, I'd highly recommend staying on site for a night to get the unlimited express pass.

Even if the Harry Potter sections are crowded (which they will be), those crowds will inevitably filter out to other sections of the parks.

Staying on site, you get front-of-the-line access for both check-in day and the day you check out, and you can show up at 7 a.m. on the first day and check in even if your room isn't ready.

agree..Even with the bulk of the crowds in Diagon alley, the wait times for other attractions is still high ( summer time is busy)60 mins -120 mins.I wouldnt want to wait in that .For tickets, Undercover tourist is who we use
