We were supposed to sail last October and obviously that didn't happen. The last email I got from DCL stated we have to say by 9/30/22 for the 125% FCC. Has that date been extended at all? I just find it hard that they will be able to rebook that many guests by then especially as they are slowly starting up.

You can book at any time. There might be guests who are left out if they wait until next summer to book.

They may extend it out possibly but with them starting up at this point I am not sure I would expect them to extend it.

I know I can book at any time. I just wasn't sure if they'd move that date even further out at this point since it's been at 9/30/22 for a few months now. We have an almost 3 year old who probably won't be eligible for the vaccine in this next round so it's a little hard figuring out when to rebook.

Sorry didn't mean to make it sound like I was being a jerk. I was more so saying cruises fully booking is less of an issue for Disney since people will have had lots of time to book.

If you have a child that young I might actually call Disney to talk with them. They might make an exception for you since its not tied to anything other when your child can be vaccinated.

Just adding my experience, the 9/30/22 date is the date that your cruise needs to be FINISHED by. (Just booked with FCC on a cruise that ends on 9/30/22 and they had about 3 people check to make sure we could do it)

Thanks! good to know.

Thanks I might go ahead and do that and see what they say. I doubt they'd make any kind of exception though since technically she can cruise it just would require that she got the covid test beforehand.

I am pretty sure the cruise must START by Sept 30, 2022. We were able to use our FCC for a deposit for a cruise starting Sept 28, 2022 (ends in October). Maybe others know?

Same here. Our cruise starts 24 Sept and ends 1 Oct 2022 and we used the 125%. We were told it wasn't going to be extended when we made the move about a month ago (our original cruises were Oct 2020 and then Oct 2021) - but I would still say anything could happen at this point. I also have an unvaccinated minor and that was my primary motivation for rescheduling.

I think the FCC is very unlikely to be extended. If it were extended, it would only be extended for about a month or so. No way are they going to extend them over next year's winter holiday season- that's a very popular and profitable time for Disney cruises.
