What are your experiences with them in Disney?

We just bought the inSTEP suburban safari double with swivel wheel

We never planned on it, we always use 2 strollers, but since I ruptured my achilles and am in a wheelchair, I will not be able to push a stroller.

THanks for any info

I have that same stroller.....well close to it....LOL. Its a Safari TT. I LOVED it at Disney. I used it two years in a row. It is a hassel to get on the buses, but I found out that if you have a LARGE stroller (and ours counts as a large one) you can stand at the back of the bus where they load the wheel chairs and they will let you in the back in front of everyone. But with you in a wheel chair you wont have a problem at all getting the stroller in with you. It keeps the kids together....and they are soooo easy to manuver around. You do have to watch the "RUDE" people that wont get out of the way and look at you like you have two headed monsters in the stroller....i just ignored them though....Its a lot better than two....Good Luck

i took a double jogger - and i ony have 1 kid!! We packed a cooler and it rode in the second seat.
It fits fine on the monorail - the bus is sometimes a challenge but well worth the ease of double jogger with swivel :)

ENJOY!!

I don't have that double jogger, but I have one that is similar. It's a dream at Disney; maneuvers very easily. It is no wider than the rentals; I don't think it is longer either. There is plenty of storage space which rentals don't have and it lies back so the kids can sleep nicely.

It fits through all the turnstiles just fine, but is a tight fit at MK. It rolls easily onto the handicap cars at the monorail and the larger of the smaller resort boats. We keep everything in bags and have it folded before times it needs to be folded (smaller resort boats & busses). I've found it is important to lock the swivel wheel before folding it for easier carrying and holding. There is plenty of room at the back of the busses for holding the stroller.

We have taken a double stroller 3 times and would not have it any other way. The bus is the biggest hassle but all the positve out weigh the negative. The best one is not paying for the stroller rental! My children are now a little older and we normally do not use a stroller but we will take one next year!
