we did our taxes and when I checked to see if everything went okay, it said that we needed to print and sign a form allowing for the e-file, and send it to the IRS. We are also to attach any relevent forms to it.

What forms are we supposed to send???? Do we need to send our w-2s, the print-out of the whole return, any schedules and attachments? I'm so confused. Any advice?

i did the turbo tax e-file and when it came to the "signature" part....there was an option for an "electronic signature" or something like that. I had to have last years taxes for figures they wanted etc (to verify).....I didn't have to send anything through the mail and got my refund in under 10 days.

I wonder if not having last years taxes entered was why we had to physically sign a paper stating we e-filed?

When did you e-file? I would love to get our refund that quickly!

I think I filed on the 12th and got the refund on the 21st of March....maybe you could go back and see if they had the part to "electronically sign"......

thanks! They did have the part where you electronically signed and I did...but they said we didn't qualify and I can't remember why. So we have to sing the form for the IRS that says, yes, we e-filed and here are our signatures.

hope our refund is as prompt as yours! We should have done it earlier but we really thought we owed.
