Question for those who stayed in a 6 BR at Windsor Hills?

Hi. We may have another family joining us next year during Spring Break and may get a 6 BR home to share expenses.

If you've stayed at a 6 BR in Windsor Hills, did you find that having 4 bathrooms was enough? Did one of the main bedrooms have to share a bathroom with everyone else? Did you find the living space big enough for two families? Did you like the layout?

This is the only thing turning me off to the 6 BR. I like that the 5 BR homes also have 5 baths, but I don't like the layout in some of the 5 BR homes and we really would need the 6th bedroom.

I know that Emerald Island has 6 BR, 6 bath homes, but DH only wants to stay Windsor Hills.

Thanks for any input. :goodvibes

We have rented 6 br at WH twice and had 11 and 12 people. There is a downstairs queen bedroom and a bathroom which is beside it ( good for us grandparents). Upstairs both the king and queen bedrooms had their own bathrooms plus there was another bathroom along the hall. The homes we rented had 3 other bedrooms with twin beds upstairs. The layout was good for us because the kids usually used their parents bathroom but they also used the one in the hall when needed. There was my two sons and their families upstairs ( 5 kids in total).
Some of the homes have another queen or king bedroom instead of a twin. It's the big bedroom with walk in closet at the end of the hall beside the hall bathroom. The layout worked for us and there is plenty of room in the living areas for everyone.
We also stayed in a 7 bedroom at Emerald Island. It had 6.5 bathrooms. But we also had 15 with us ( 4 families) but I think as far as the living areas went the WH house had as much room as the 7 br EI house.

Thanks so much for the detailed description of the 6 BR home. :thumbsup2

As I mentioned before, I really like how there are two separate living room areas compared to the 5 BR homes. I think the 6 BR would work out better for us after reading your response.

Thanks again. :goodvibes
