Question for those who have shopped TRU Legos sale.

My son wants the Legos City airport for Christmas and when someone posted that TRU was having a 30% legos sale last week, i was so excited. The box is actually in the advertisement that says these sets and more 30% off; however, if I go to the website, it is only showing a very much smaller percentage off. Does anybody know if the city sets are 30% off or much less? Is it all Legos in the store? Any help would be appreciated. I can hardly wait unti I get to TRU, so I am asking here.

I had a friend who shopped it yesterday and was telling me about it this morning, but she said it's only the legos printed in the flyer that are 30% off and everything else I think she said was 10% off.

Well, went to TRU, and the airport is not 30% off. It is only ten, and has been marked $10 more than Target and Wal-Mart, so the price after the 10% is about what they offer it for. TRU website has it for I think 86 - 89, so I may order it from there. Just thought I would let y'all know.

Keep checking TRU usually does a buy 2 get 1 free sometime this month if you were looking for more then one set.

They have the Lego City Airport at Borders. There is a printable e-mail coupon good for 40% off any one thing at Borders. The current coupon expires today. You have to be a borders rewards member to use the coupon, but it's free to sign up and you can sign up in store or online. Once you sign up they will send you coupons at least once every other week. PM me if you want me to e-mail the current coupon link.

At TRU, the airport was not part of the 30% off sale. I was in one yesterday and ended up getting the City Police Station for my soon to be 7 yo DGS. I was thrilled to get it for 30% off as I was getting him a Lego set for his birthday anyways.

the did the buy 2 get one free last month, but im sure they will do it at least one more time before christmas.
star wars and buckets were not included.
but i picked up few little kits for my lil girl, im sooo excited she likes em, i have a ton from when i was a kid at my parents place
