I just watched the video for fine hair, which I have. Does it take a long time to wash your hair? Is it recommend for use everyday?
No longer than washing with shampoo, rinsing, putting on conditioner and rinsing. You're just combining the two steps into one. I put on the cleanser, work it in, add some water and work it in a little more and go about the rest of my routine. I rinse very well at the end of my shower.
You could use it every day, but many people find they can go every other day or every three days.
Thanks. The video was going on about rinsing, massaging, adding more product, rinsing, massaging, lol. I am going to order it soon.
I have long dry hair, a little frizzy and Wen made my hair uber soft the very 1st time I used it. Subsequent washings were no different than using a drugstore product![]()
My dd7 has very fine, dry hair. It is just past her shoulders. When we brush it, 5 minutes later it looks like it has never been brushed.
Will WEN help her, or does anyone have any recommendations?
One of my DD's friends works in a salon. I don't know what brand of haircolor they use, but a client who had been using the Wen products came in for color and the color/Wen reacted with each other and totally fried her hair. Lawsuit pending.
since I color, this has talked me out of trying Wen.![]()
Are you saying your hair went back to being dry and frizzy after the first wash? Did you use the same way you did the first time? How much product did you use? Which WEN scent did you use?
Yep it went back to being dry and frizzy! I have the coconut mango one.
I've been thinking of trying Wen...I get my roots colored every 4 weeks, my scalp and hair are very, very dry. Which variety of cleansing conditioner would you recommend?
mckryan said:First, I'd definitely talk to your stylist about trying a different brand of color if your hair and scalp are dry after coloring. I have very resistant gray, and my color is usually on for an hour, and I don't have this problem. I've been going every four weeks for years.
What is your hair like? Fine? Coarse? If it's Fine or Normal, I'd go with Lavender or maybe even Pomegranate. If it's Coarse, I'd try the Fig. Because you are having some scalp issues, you might even benefit from Tea Tree.
