Just wondering if you're all caught up yet from vacation. I am trying to be patient, but waiting for several shopping credits (AKA Gourmet, Disneyshopping, 1-800-Flowers, Oriental Trading, Target.com) and didn't want to burden you with another trouble ticket if you're still trying to process everything. Thanks!

I think that I have processed everything that came in through the 28th. If you did any shopping around the 26th-28th, the merchant may have waited to give the credits until it shipped. Those would still show up on the next import.

It's amazing to me how some of these companies try to cheat us out of commissions. I had two purchases that I made myself in the last week that I did not get credit for. So I know that my members are 99% truthful when they say that they do not get credits for things. It's a love-hate relationship that we have with the merchants. We love them when they are giving us the credits without hassling them and we hate them when we have to badger them to get what we deserve. Pretty much the same way members feel about reward programs.

Thanks - I went back and checked my confirmations and I will send you an email via your "contact us" link. Most probably were around that timeframe, but want to make sure to get credited so I can take advantage of any special cashouts this month!!

I have a purchase from Disney shopping on the 16th (Oct.) and have not gotten credit yet. Is it just to early???
