Question for slimfasters

I'm not an official Wish person, but I've been reading all your posts and have been encouraged with all of your success stories. I thought I would try the slimfast method and have a rather icky question. Has anyone using Slimfast had any "stomach" problems? I started drinking it on Sat. and I've been sick ever since. I know the smart thing to do would be to stop drinking it and see if I get better, but I just wanted to ask if anyone else had experienced any gastro trouble.

I have tried Slimfast in the past and one of the reasons that I never stuck with it was the stomach issue - to be polite - very - very - very - gassy!! Anyway - I think it oculd be from not eating enough extras with the slinfast as suggested in the meal plan. Have you tried the bars?? The granola bars are really good.

We are so polite! Yes, you hit the nail on the head - Gassy. I think I will switch to the bars 'cause I can't go to work like this and they might be more satisfying since you can chew something. Thanks!

Just wanted to say hello! I haven't tried Slimfast, so I don't know about the stomach problems. I hope you decide you like us enough to TAKE THE WISH challenge! Just think of how pretty you'll look with a purple clippie in your signature (um, this is in no way meant to be construed as peer pressure...maybe just a little bit....)

C'mon, join the FUN!!!!! Good luck with the bars! Hope they are easier for you to digest!
