Can camping at Fort Wilderness be part of a "Magical Gathering"? I know you need at least 8 persons. Got that covered but we wanted to camp not stay at a resort.

Fort Wilderness IS a DISNEY resort! Of course it counts! All of the special events will be available for you! I know this because we had a Magical Gathering last summer when we stayed at the campground. Have an amazing trip!

Grand Gatherings/Magical Gatherings are great!! Here's a link to some of things that are included: Grand Gatherings

And, remember, you must have 8 people, all age 3 and over.

There is just myself and 7 kids at one site in Feb and we are counted as a Grand Gathering. Got my GG # and everything.
