Just thought someone who sails regularly might know who a “VIP with DCL” might refer to?

Probably either the head of DCL or someone like Don "Ducky" Williams. Whats it in connection with? Might give an idea of who its likely to be

You'd have to look at the context. We've been on cruises with the president of the cruise line, the head of entertainment, various Disney celebs, Roy Disney, etc. They tend to cluster to the specialty cruises, but we've had them on "normal" cruises as well.

It was really just curiosity as someone asked a question (i think in relation to private dining) and the response was “sometimes you can be invited by a VIP of DCL” I just put this down to senior DCL staff member or as you guys suggested above.

But then a friend has had their reservation tagged “VIP with DCL” and now we are just curious as to what this means as they are none of the above.
