Question for PS2 players

I'm looking for a game recommendation, if one even exists. LOL!

What I want is a game that combines puzzle solving similar to Myst or Da Vinci Code (the book / movie -- the game was HORRIBLE!) with a bit of the action out and fluidity of Kingdom Hearts, with great cinematics and scenery. A kind of archaeological adventure, in other words.

I've tried the Tomb Raider series, but didn't like the game controls.

Da Vinci Code would have been exactly what I was looking for, if the gameplay hadn't been the worst I've played. I couldn't even make it out of the museum because the gameplay was so horrible.

Anyway, any suggestions?

I think I have one that might fit your description - Legend of Kay. It's a beautiful game graphic-wise. On the back it says:
"Take on the role of Kay, a young apprentice working to master martial arts and save his once peaceful village from menacing foes. Master progressive fighting skills, jumps and powerful weapons to take on wild gorillas wreaking havoc on your homeland!"

Another one that I have is Klonoa 2, but you can only get that used. There's always the Ratchet & Clank & Sly Cooper series too.
