Question for previous Sunrise Terrace Brides...

We are getting married June 9th on the Sunrise Terrace at the WL. I was wondering if it is breezy up there? Is it enclosed? Are you actually on a terrace? I will have a veil and I'm wondering if I should add some extra pins to the comb.
