Hello to you all over the pond,

Hope some of you can help out with a recipe. Last year we had an excellent dinner at the California Grill. As a starter I had my first corn chowder which sent me into raptures as it was fabulous.

Since getting home I have tried and failed to get anything close to tasting anything like it.

Unfortunately corn chowder is not a big thing over here and therefore isn't featured in any cook books. Ok so i could search the internet but I would prefer to have a genuine recipe from the experts. So if any of you home cooking experts could help me out with a good recipe.

thanks in advance

Paul and Shirley
