Question for NJ folks..RE NJ 101.5 radio host

Normally I have the satellite radio in the car with me all the time and today DH had it in his car. I turned on NJ 101.5 and noticed that Craig Carton who used to be on from 2-7 is not on anymore but the other guy still is. What happened to Craig? When I used to listen at work, I would listen to NJ 101.5 all day and he cracked me up!

He left awhile ago. From what I understand he is up to be Imus' replacement. I loved him. Casey sucks.

His contract wasn't renewed - I think it was his doing. I have to say I don't miss him. I found him to be an arrogant SOB but just like looking at road kill I found myself listening to him . I can't say I really like Casey all that much but he's better than Craig IMO.

Funny, I actually hated Craig Carton and I'm glad he's gone. I'm not a major fan of Casey's but I can stomach him more then Carton.

Craig actually moved up in the world and is working at WFAN in NY on the morning show with Boomer Esiason. I'm a Boomer fan so that's why it stuck in my mind.

Thanks for the update! I always found Ray to be a little annoying. Seems like he didnt always have his own thought or opinion. I am NOT a fan of Casey. He was on a few years ago right with some other guy?

Craig now does mornings on The Fan (660 AM) from New York with Boomer Esiason.

I didn't always agree with Craig, but I liked him nonetheless. I miss his sense of humor.

I don't really like Casey too much, but did you know he is a HUGE Disney fan?

Casey used to part of "Scott & Casey". They used to be on 101.5 before Carton & Rossi were hired. I always liked Casey. He has a weird sense of humor, I'm glad to have him back. Craig got to be really annoying towards the end. Good riddance.

I remember he would talk about not needing to actually visit any foreign countries because there was Epcot. His FIL is retired military and they would go stay at SOG a few times a year.

Thank you, I thought I heard that voice somewhere before. I thought it was because he filled in when someone was on vacation. I started listening to the station when Scott and Casey were on, but and they left the show soon after.

As far as Craig Carton, he started getting to be too much. I would be embarrassed if I were his wife. I think he's a Howard Stern wannabe.

Dennis and Judy are my favorites (10-2). They make me laugh.

On his 1st or 2nd day on the air, he said he had JUST gotten off a Disney cruise when he got the call to go back to NJ101.5. I also think he got married at Disney

I love Dennis and Judy as well. They crack me up . If you're from the Philly area, you may remember that Dennis used to be on the old Sunny 104.5 with Don Cannon and did a HILARIOUS impression of Wilson Goode (OK, I know WAY too much about this crap )

I loved 101.5 back when they had Jay and Hillarie. They were a riot! They had "An hour of Duh" and that's when you called in and talked about something stupid you said or did, or observed.
