question for new vmk'ers

any dis'ers who joined vmk since the start of the new year?

I joined VMK early this month. I had intended to join when it first came out but could not get it on my computer.

My daughter & I joined beginning of December, we were sharing a character we named KellyJen. The sharing wasn't going as well as we'd hoped so I made my own character in January and named her ChocolateEmpress.

I'm not sure when I joined - but it was fairly recently. I am still trying to figure out the whole game thing - I have the first level dive, drive, and space magic pins, but nothing after that.

I know you said start of the yer, but I'm posting anyway LOL. I joined in December sometime I believe. I don't remember VMK interfering with Thanksgiving, but it did with Christmas and more so New Years. I wasn't an avid player until after New Years and I don't think I knew anyone here until after New Years. I was not at any New Years closings so...
