Question for medical persons

Is it normal to have pain and bruising 2 weeks after having B12 injections? I have been having the injections on a regular basis for a few years now with no porblems. My last one was 2 weeks ago and my arm is still quite bruised and very achey. Is this something that is normal?

You have had them for sometime now is it normal for you. Only you can answer that question because different things are normal for different people. If your not comfy with it ask the Dr. or nurse that injects the b-12.

for B 12 i would think they might put it in a large gluteal muscle...and use a special technique know as Z tract, where you retract the skin in such a way as the medicine cannot leak thru the tissues.
Have they always given it in your deltoid ?
