Does anyone know if there are meetings anywhere on property? My DH attends a meeting daily at home. Every other trip we have rented a car and he's gone to meetings in the Orlando area. I was just thinking there might be something closer.

and it appears you can take public transportation to the meeting according to that website:

If you don't have a car the Lynx bus number #50 leaves
every 30 minutes from two locations on Disney property -
the transportation and ticket center and downtown Disney!
Bus number #50 stops in front of the Orlando Vista Hotel!
