Question for Disney Travel Agents

I know some of you are out there. I participated in the Disney Travel Agents' trivia contest and have NO idea how I did! Do we have any winners -- either "subject to verification" or confirmed -- here?

At about 11:00 pm EST the last night of the contest, I was ranked 49. So close, I could actually taste the coffee I would drink in my brand-new travel mug! I walked away from the computer (so as not to jinx it), and when I clicked back at what I thought was 11:59, it was already too late. Guess my computer clock was slower than Disney's.

I'm dying to know if I stayed in the top 50 or not. I've got a bad feeling that I was bumped down by at least 2 people since Disney hasn't contacted me to verify my info, but hope springs eternal.

Did any of you manage to see the final list? My name was "magickimdom." TIA for any info you may have!

Hi there ksoehrlein! I was curious about that too! I have a friend that was in the top 50 too, but she hasn't heard anything yet. I wish I could have played! I just didn't have time!!!

Thanks, Pixiedusttravel! It gives me hope that your friend hasn't heard anything yet, either. Was she squarely in the top 50 or was she falling off the bottom edge, like me?

Is this the travel agents quiz where you have to click on a choice of 4 answers as quickly as you possibly can?

We have them on the UK travel agents website from time to time and I find it completely addictive. I managed to get a pretty good score on it and won a really nice Tigger toy but I would have loved to get a bit higher to get a trip to the world.

Yes, it sounds like the same sort of thing the UK site does. This is my first year doing Disney travel (I was a Cast Member for 11 years before this), so I don't know if they host these often for those of us on this side of the pond. It was the first time I had seen it.

I agree about it being addictive. It was a huge part of my day -- every day -- for the 2-week time period. I couldn't believe how stiff the competition was. I got all 15 questions right twice, but since I wasn't a super-fast clicker, I didn't rank very high. The first-place trip winner must have the world's fastest mouse (and brain, too)!

Congrats on your Tigger. I think it's great that you scored high enough to get a prize!

I was one of the ones who could not read the questions fast enough. My hats off to all of who even came close. I wasn't too bad, the brain can't keep up!!! Pixie Dust to you all!!!
