Question for all you Weight Watchers out there

I think that I am in the right place. This used to be the Inspiration Board?

Anyway, I am on the Weight Watcher diet on my own (not going to meetings) and was wondering if anyone knew how many points a 3 oz venison pattie was. It was pure venison, no hamburger added.

I've lost 4 pounds by the way.

I'm doing WW on my own, too. I've gotten lots of useful points info from www.dwlz.com

A meat points list I have lists venison at 1 pt. per cooked ounce. So your pattie would be 3 pts. HTH!

For some reason I was hoping it would be less than beef, I guess because it is less fatty. Thanks for the info.
