It really depends. You can stick to the package elements, and I believe that the intimate package currently is about $3,000. Can anyone verify that or correct me if I'm wrong? These are the elements (per the Disney intimate weddings website).

Where it starts to add up is if you want any extras. If you want it at the Wedding Pavilion, it's a little more. If you are having bridesmaids and want extra floral, that costs extra. If you use an outside vendor for photo, the photo element can be swapped for a honeymoon photo session at one of the parks.
There's some great info at

Also mousesavers.com has a wedding and honeymoon section.
I just asked about costs of an Illuminations dessert party and my planner emailed me menus, drink package prices, and a sample of costs. Here is the sample:
8:30 - 9:30 pm
based on 20 guests minimum
Food and beverage minimum is $19.50 per person
For 20 people, dessert menu at $19.50 pp = ~$500
Outdoor set up fee for tables and chairs = ~$75
Service Fee (if guess count is less than 20) = ~$50
Venue rental = ~$200
Viewing fee (for guests without park passes) = ~$12.50 pp
And then of course there is tax and gratuity. If you want to wear your dress in the park, you have the option of renting transportation (otherwise, no dress in the parks!)
Hope this helps! Good luck!
