Question for a credit

Hi we recently traveled on the Disney Wonder and called because we never used their ground transfers and was told to expect a credit of $98.00. Well we were never given it so what do I have to do to get the credit? DCL was NOT able to give us Plane fare so we flew down 2 days early and rented a car.
Never used DCL transportation.

Did you cancel the transfers before the cruise?

On the one time this was an issue for us....my TA had to fight for the credit back to my card. And, yes, you will only be credited if you cancelled transfers before your cruise. Fortunately, my TA had handled everything, so she knew that I was correct....
