Question- fireworks dining at Epcot

Hello, does anyone know if these reservations are being released 60 days out or are they still random?

When we went 2 years ago, it seemed they released these reservations in batches at random points…. Curious if it is the same or if it more in a schedule now.

I books the R&C fireworks package at 60 days out. Our trip is in a week!

R&C fireworks package available for us at 60+ days out as well. This dinner is listed separately from the regular reservations for the Rose and Crown.
