Question/examples about decorating the room windows..

We are going down for a baseball tournament and thought it would be fun to let the boys have a contest for the best decorated window. Are there rules about decorating the windows at All star Sports Resort? I saw someone say no tape only suction cups or window clings. Also anyone have any pics of their decorated windows so i have some examples to show the moms/boys?
