Question: Earthquake - The Big One

I was wondering if anybody can answer a question about the the pre-show movies. shown on Earthquake - The Big One in Orlando.
I am trying to discover what movie is depicted by the black & white clip of the little girl with a giant friction match.

I was told it was possibly a clip from “Land of the giants”, but I have since discovered that this cannot be true as “Land of the giants” was made in full colour
