Question - Deluxe Dinning Plan vs. Disney Web Site

I am pre-planning for our next vacation in November and trying to really decide which Dinning Plan will work best for our trip. During my research I found the 2013Dining.pdf on the Deluxe Dining Plan and it shows Hoop-Dee-Do and Mickey's Backyard BBQ under Diner Shows at 2 Table Service Credits each.

However, when I go to the www.disneyworld.com website and click on dinning then find those two Diner Shows and click on More Info - it shows

Magic Kingdom Resort Area
The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort
American Cuisine
Dinner Show, Reservations Accepted
$$$$ (over $60 per person)Opens tool tip. Beginning of tooltip contentEnd of tooltip content
Dining Plans Not Accepted

Does anyone know which one is correct? That makes a BIG difference in which dinning plan I pick and if we are able to do one of these shows.

We are camping at Fort Wilderness and on our Free (non-park) Day we wanted to do one of the shows for Dinner. Since we could eat lunch in our camper I thought we could use the lunch and dinner credit for the show that day or eat a late big breakfast at Trail's End to hold us over till Dinner.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

I would call 407-WDW-DINE to double check. They should be 2 TS credits each. Sometimes it takes a while for the info on the website to be updated once the new dining plan takes effect.

You don't need to call them. They will just look at the website and give you the wrong information. At the top of this forum is a sticky thread with a link to the DDP brochure, which will show you that the dinner shows are 2 credits and do accept the dining plan.

I expect more errors from the website at this point, during the IT changeover. I would always pick the brochure's information over the website's.

Great! I'll just base my decisions from the brochure and not from the website. I haven't been to happy with the website anyway. I took the survey and told them about the errors I had seen. Who knows if it did any good?!?!
